This is my favorite tropical smoothie location. Unfortunately something always cause me to pick up my order really late. That's never a problem because they always keep my smoothie cold and food item warm. I went to another location that just sets everything on a pick up shelf. I was so disappointed when I picked up that particular order. I stuck to the West Hempstead since then. It's always clean there, the food is fresh and the staff is super friendly.

Staff here is top notch friendly and attentive, especially my server Melissa. She paid special attention to my special requests and was very polite and professional. Store was clean and orderly. Fast turnaround. Great addition to West Hempstead.
I order from this location very often and not once have I regretted my choice. The smoothies are tasty and fresh as well is the food. The smoothies are quite literally perfection. The staff are very nice also. The prices may be on the higher end but the taste and quality make up for it. Very spacious location and there is a nice size parking lot inside a shopping center. The food was great. The team was nice. Tropical Smoothie is taking over. From California to Maryland to NYC and more... they are all good.
I just wanted to give a special shoutout to staff members Trissia and Tyne for resolving my Uber Eats issue and turning a disappointing experience into a positive one. I ordered the Three Cheese Quesadilla, Chipotle Bacon Sandwich, and Mango Magic Smoothie. Unfortunately, my drink arrived without the safety seal, which was really upsetting. As a pregnant person, when you’re craving something and don’t get to enjoy it, it can be especially disappointing. Fortunately, I reached out to the manager, Trissia, from the West Hempstead location regarding the issue. She sincerely apologized and immediately offered to replace my entire order at a location closer to me. She coordinated everything with Valley Stream manager Tyne, who also apologized and had my replacement order ready as soon as I arrived. Both individuals went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my experience at Tropical Smoothie. Their kindness, professionalism, and excellent customer service truly stood out. This is exactly what great customer service should be all about!
